Default Spin & Go hands #2

1)
I wonder what our approach should be on a flop like this.
Should we put villain on a Q or a draw. I decided to reevaluate the turn.
But looking back at this spot, is remains weird.

Maybe a stupid move, but it happens that we get a premium hand HU in the BB and the SB makes a standard minraise. How would you approach spots like this and why?

Similar question. Only other way around. Even stacks/slight chiplead, and were holding a Nash shoving hand. What range should we shove here.

Leading the flop seems bad . You flop weak 2nd pair , it's not a value bet and it's not a bluff either so I would just check/call

Hands 2 and 3 if you're not careful you can end up shoving all your strong hands and only playing postflop with your weaker hands . The A6s I wud def just r/c with . It's ok to see a flop if he calls . The JJ hand it depends on the strategy you are using . If you're shoving a wide range over his opens then you should have some strong hands like JJ in there too . If you're nearly always calling his opens then just call with JJ also
If you polarise your range too much to only shoving/raising rly strong hands then it's going to be you pick up small pots with your big hands but play a lot of postflop pots with your weaker hands
