Watched it Live, pretty entertaining It started with loads of action and pretty impressive play. My review of the players. 9. Mark Newhouse - As a shortstack he played pretty good, although when he doubled he could have avoided creating one big pot, despite him having a good read, it was unnecessary risk. 8. David Benefield - The most solid player for as long as it lasted, took every possible spot and made a big laydown. 7. Michiel Brummelhuis - As my personal favorite as fellow Dutchie i already knew his gameplan and he played it accordingly. Too bad we couldn't see him playing a bigger stack. 6. Marc-Etienne McLaughlin - Looking back as a whole, the most aggressive player at the table with lots of creativity. Very impressive player and without the cooler one of my favorites for the win, when it got to 6 handed. 5. JC Tran - What can i say, didn't get the cards to play his game optimal. Opened up quiet a few hands, i think he made one biggish mistake, but that was about it. With his game, i doubt he would have won it, but if he got some cards he def had a better chance at making at least top 3 4. Sylvain Loosli - In all honesty i expected him to play different. I knew he was unpredictable, but i think he made a couple of sizing errors and two betting errors, which shouldnt be happening on a FT 3. Amir Lehavot - Scary and extremely solid, like the commentators said, very analytic and methodical in his decision process. He played way better then i gave him credit for beforehand. 2. Ryan Riess - Once controlling the Chiplead he played his hands good. Didn't make any mistakes. Were probably gonna see some more from him, but i'm wondering how he would have played if he didn't get to 60M early on. 1. Jay Farber - Big Big kudos to him and his coaches. By far did expect him to play different. His way of changing gears and ability to play the players was awesome. He made some very interesting plays.
