Surfers Staking Syndicate (SSS)

Our Goal:
This will be a group of members who invest into Buy-a-Shares and give out stakes. Our goal is to generate profit from our investments.
Starting stockprice will be valued at $1.10 and the minimum amount of investment will be $11

Our Plan:
During Each Sunday of the week we will present our plan for that week. Which stakes are going to be given out and a short overview of the past week. Also the new stockprice will be determined. Also if there are any new BAS, the syndicate will also invest in those. The maximum investment for each week will be up to 1/3 of the total stock.

Buying Shares
Shares can be bought at any moment of the week, the total amount of $$'s invested will be valued for the stockprice at newest. All new investments will converted on SSS Sunday briefing. From that moment your investment will be part of the total stock value.

Cashing out
On each first Sunday of the each month there will be a possibility to cash out your shares for the stockprice.

Dividend
After each month we evaluate the new stockprice and determine how many profit we made. 25% of the total profit made within that month will be used paid out in dividend for shareholders.

How many times a week will a new stock price being given out ? After each completion of a staker ?

Mainly on Sundays, The new stockprice will be based on current stock value, open stakes, open shares and finished stakes.
For example if someone is in the middle of the stake, then we will take a look how much the person has cashed, if he made profit, the stockprice will be higher, if he is currently on a loss the stockprice will be lower.
Same for open Shares.

You can invest during any day of the week and your investment will be converted in shares after we announced the new stockprice and total stockvalue.

Every week we revalue the stockprice.
Current stockprice is $1.117 so if you want to have 10 shares you can sent me 17 cents extra.
