All over the table, all over the news, all-in...
I guess he'll be all out!
Evidence is piling up and even Mr. Verstandig has set up a good case ready to start a trial (if it comes so far).
What is your pick?

I see that Gus Hansen has made a return to the online tables. Apparently he was $20 million down in the hey-day, so not surprisingly he took a bit of a sabbatical!!
The poker gods welcomed him back with a smile, with him picking up a couple of huge pots on on Party Poker, $206,000 and $336,000 in PLO

I see that Phil Ivey lost his Supreme Court case against Crockfords. The casino were allowed to retain the £7.7 million they refused to pay out. The judge refered to it as a carefully executed sting (by Ivey)
This was like 5 years ago in London, where he was accused of edge-sorting whilst playing Punto Banco.
A sting sounds harsh considering the casino agreed the rotation of the cards. Feels like he got freerolled to me.

On 31st of January the Parlement approved the bill for modernisation of the current law on Casino's.
If the "Upper house" agrees to the bill our parlement approvement it means an end to monopoly position of Holland Casino, our only legal Casino that is allowed to offer table games (i.e. Poker, BlackJack and Roulette).
However company's that want to run a casino in the Netherlands still need to apply for a license. So having actually legal Pokerroom's is still a few years away.
Currently planning is the law to be active 1st of July 2018. Under the current law there gonna be 2 extra licenses available in addition of the current 14 licenses.
Nothing is being said about online poker in the current bill, so we have to wait for more details to come out.
