The WSOP is one of the most eagerly awaited events on the poker calender. With a 2008 schedule which includes 55 poker tournaments, at a wide range of prices, there is something to cater for most bankrolls and game preferences. Have fun going through the schedule and dates, and picking out some good events.
New for the 2008 WSOP is an eight game rotation (HORSE plus NLHE, PLO, and 2-7 Trip Draw). That one is Event 8, and should be very interesting.
The 50K HORSE, with accompanying Chip Reese trophy, is Event 45, and is a popular one amongst all the big pros.
The WSOP Main Event is Event 54, and is a $10,000 buy-in, with an expected 6000+ field size.
